Live Mail. Keeps asking for a new password. Will not let me send mail.

As described above. My live mail will not allow me to send mail. Keeps asking for a new password. When I put in a new password it will not accept it. Keeps asking for a new password.

Please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button ≡, then select Help > More Troubleshooting Information. Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.
