Not a Facebook user myself, but the only thing I can think of is that the situation may be similar to LinkedIn where the mobile browsing experience is not great as they would prefer you to use the native Android app.

This isn't a fix, but try mbasic.facebook.com It's very cut down and very VERY basic. You won't even get real-time messaging when you go to mbasic.facebook.com/messages ... Of course, sometimes technology is quirky and like dumn. I found that going to m.facebook.com/profile.php does some kind of refresh on Facebook's end or something and makes things work ...sometimes. But not often

Otherwise, you may want to attempt to try using the desktop version. If you do try the desktop website, you may need to tap the 3dot menu→ settings→ accessibility and toggle 'Zoom on all websites' Oddly, it doesn't work the same way on every phone using the same web browser.

Archive.org also not rendering, just blank page, even in show desktop site mode
