I'm having trouble with Firefox on my mobile device. It was working fine yesterday but won't access the internet now. It runs but won't connect. All other programs on my device access it as always. Could I have unknowingly disabled it? I've made no changes to any of my settings for months. I don't want to lose the info it has acquired by reinstalling. Can you please help?

to open the menu panel. In the Time Range to clear: drop-down, select Everything. Below the drop-down menu, select both Cookies and Cache. Make sure other items you want to keep are not selected.

I recommend that you do not uninstall Firefox for Android as you will lose your data not synced to Firefox on another device.
