Version 108 auto installed and wiped out Bookmarks and Saved Passwords

Firefox desktop browser (for Windows 10) auto updated yesterday and deleted all of my saved Passwords and Bookmarks. Is there any way to recover that data?

Sorry for your loss. Did ever sync your data in Firefox with another device? This why I run multiple versions of Firefox. My data is on multiple devices with multiple versions of Firefox. see screenshot. Maybe someone will chime in with recovery options if possible.
