Hello Support Team,

I am getting an error message and unable to get new mails. while logged in thunderbird, pop up message is coming, I have mentioned the details below.

unable to connect IMAP server. You many have exceeded the the maximum number of connections to this server.If so, use the Advance IMAP Server Settings dialog to reduce the number of cached connections.

And the email provider in question is? For Yahoo at least go into the server settings in account settings, click the advanced button and change the maximum connections to 3.
