When will Firefox have the ability to organize bookmarks without Firefox Sync?

So I know this question has been asked and answered, but that "solution" can't be a permanent solution. That's more of a temporary solution. When will Mozilla add this feature like every other browser? Currently, I use Chrome for anything important that I may think I'll have to bookmark something, because my have so many uncategorized bookmarks & tons of subfolders, but they're impossible to find when I add a new bookmark. Please fix/add this feature!

Hi

You can currently organise bookmarks into folders in Firefox for Android and search for them when you search the web through the addressbar.
