I am sorry to heaf thag and hopefully a factory reboot can be avoided.

Assuming you are viewing this for on a desktop or laptop PC, would it be possible to attach a screenshot of your Android device showing these ads to a reply?

I think this will better help us to see what you are seeing and hopefully find a solution for you.
