I used Startup Master to keep my e-mails private. However, by just keep clicking 'cancel' when asked for the password, Thunderbird opens and you can read all my mails. Is there any bug in that add-ons?. It's not only happened in add-on, I happens in default master password too.

Master password alone never prevents access to mail. You really should be relying on your computer security to prevent unwanted access to mail stored on your computer.

Any issues with Startup Master need to reported at support links mentioned on https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/startupmaster/
