Trying to import and don't see options in Library I see on your help screen
I exported bookmarks from my old computer. Now I can't import them. When I follow these directions, I don't see the Library page with the import/export option.

You could make it easy on yourself and consider this add-on :

And there is this one :

Hi,
The fastest way is to press Ctrl + Shift + B, which will take you to the Library.
There you will see (upper left side) : 'Import and Backup' .....
