What type of mail account did you use before the problem occurred and what type of mail account are you now using? Pop or IMAP ? If you had an IMAP mail account before and the new one is also imap then you would need to subscribe to see server 'Sent' folder to see all the emails. If you had a POP account then sent emails were not stored on server, they were in the original pop mail account in profile folders, so will need importing into the new POP mail account; assuming you have not deleted those files. The forum needs to understand your setup, before and after 'reinstalling'.
