I am concerned that the email I created when setting up my browser for the first time on my computer went to someone who then has access to my passwords and other credentials that I allowed access to. Can you help?

Hi, sign in, and click on Delete account - this will not stop you from using Firefox. You can now set up a new account.

Note, you do not need an account to use Firefox, but you will need one for some other services, like Sync - Access Mozilla Services with a Firefox Account.
