How to block new tabs AND new windows?

Hi, I want to stop Firefox opening new tabs or new windows when I browsing a website. When a website or anything else tell Firefox to open something I just want the browser do nothing. I've tried AdBlock Plus, AdBlocker Ultimate, NoScript... nothing works.

I found solutions for open the tabs on new windows or vice-versa, but this is no use for me. I just want Firefox blocks all.
