
Thunderbird has stopped: can't find a solution
I have been using Thunderbird for several years: initially on Windows XP and currently on Windows 8 for over a year. A few days ago the program ceased to download email and just hung displaying the BT mail server address. I can still access my email using Windows 8 Mail and also using BT's Webmail access. I have looked through the server settings (POP) and they appear OK. I have looked at the various help information but none appears to apply to this situation. Any advice please?
