mailbox very tiny - how to enlarge?

I installed Thunderbird on my 27inch iMac. I find the lettertype in the program itself much to tiny.

Changing te font size through the normal menu's only enlarges the font size in de emails but nog the headers, the titels of the email etc. Can anybody tell me how to change this?
