How to delete a account , access to server has been turned off

I changed e-mail accounts from Clear to gmail. Clear has stopped my account. When I try to delete the Clear account from thunderbird, it ask for a password, I put in the Clear password but Clear now does not recognize it and will not let me delete the Clear account
