How can I recover files for a deleted account?

I was reconfiguring mail accounts after a move to a new server and I deleted my default mail account and replaced it with a new one. I then noticed that all my folders under that account were gone (inbox, sent, trash, etc - duh) . Is there any way to get them back?

Please disregard - found where the profiles are stored, and recovered the data
