Don't know whether this happened due to the recent Firefox update however, when I attempt to watch the above identified networks Firefox gets caught up in an endless loop and I cannot connect to watch on my desktop computer. Wondering whether other users have experienced the same issue and whether there is a resolution.

Hello, are you able to enter those websites from other browsers?

Hi Konstantina,

I was able to enter those websites using Microsoft Edge. I don't use Google Chrome any more because it was too unstable on my desktop computer.

Hello, thank you for the extra info. Here is a list of things you can do so we can define the root cause.

  1. Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield Fx89ShieldIcon icon at the left of the address bar.
    • If ETP is enabled, try disabling it. Does the problem persist?
  2. If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache. Does it help?
  3. If it does not help, also try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website). Does it help?
  4. If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. Does the problem persist?
    • If nothing from the above helps, that's a compatibility issue. Please report it on Webcompat, so that our team there may be able to look into it. We'd also appreciate posting a link to your report here.

Hi Konstantina,

Thank you for the quick reply and the four things to try. I've tried all four things and the problem still persists. I will report to Webcompat and link to this report.

Once again thank you for the quick reply and things to try to resolve the problem.
