Why when I turn on my Firefox VPN and I go to any sight like Walmart, my Credit Union, my Bank, etc the VPN says "it's not working on this site. Please turn off VPN and try?"

That screenshot say "Site not working? Try turning VPN off."
Its a question if site not working.
BTW if you need to log to your bank turn your VPN OFF
