Fixfox not updating sync bookmarks

My old computer crashed; therefore, setting up new machine with FireFox. I log into account, but none of my bookmarks are appearing....Hence, nothing is syncing. Please, any help would be much appreciated.

Additionally, I have test several other email address to validate I am logging into the correct one, and it appears I am.

Is there any way to have FireFox look at my account?

Should I try downloading an old version of Firefox in effort to see if it syncs then? At least some should be syncing...PLEASE HELP
