I cannot get my contact info typed in on my emails; I can type the message, but not the contact info. How can I fix this?

When trying to send emails, I cannot type in the "to" portion, or the "re" portion. I can type the message body.

Please try clearing cache and cookies. If that doesn't help you can try disabli9ng add-ons and see if it help. Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox is to disabled add-ons.
