It would be help us help you if you explain what and where is pro-coconut and provide steps to replicate the issue.

Do we have to login to replicate?

I can download 4gig iso files of linux with no issues.

What troubleshooting steps did you try?

Does it happen with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode

What security software besides MS Defender are you running?

Windows home or pro?

Hello and thank you for your response. I use pro-cococut Force download on sites that I cannot use a save as, regular downloading or Video Download Helper, I went into Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode still cannot use any of the downloading methods to even start a download, cannot use the pro-cococut app as it is disabled and therefor not available. the security I use is Malwarebytes and it works well. I run regular checks for bad stuff and so far it has come back clean with exceptions of attempts that have been blocked and dealt with safely. I have been able to download files video files as large as 17GB 4K files using either save as or just choosing download as method since Cococut will not download them as well. I have been unable to find a Cococut website that has a help option for questions, only options I've found is to download the app and pay for it. There is also no FAQ location for info on this problem. This is as far as my experience is capable of going in trying to figure out any answer to my issue.

Hi

Are you referring to https://cococut.net/?

Looking at their website, it does not appear that they have made this available for Firefox.

Hello, Thanks for the reply.

Its is available for Firefox, I've had it for a few years now and whenever Firefox does a version update it also updates if needed or indicates it is at the latest version. But as I stated, for some reason they do not have a selection for issues with it's operation or I can't find that link if it's there.
