When I try to access the Newsmax website, I get a black screen with the message which says,

"Secure Connection Failed The connection to www.newsmax.com was interrupted while the page was loading.

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem." 

I have no problem accessing other sites, so what can I do to get the resolved?

What is the problem that isn't allowing my emails to load? It was fine until today. My hotmail email (outlook live) is what I use as my home page. Seems to connect, but just blank space where messages usually appear.

My old computer quit working. It had Windows 10 I purchased a new computer form Best Buy. They were unable to retrieve My bookmarks as I had left the 13 digit code to retrieve them. I am home now and have the code but do not know how to use it to retrieve the bookmarks. How do I proceed?

Hello, I'm seeing silver-coloured shades on my facebook page after logging in with the firefox browser (see images). They fill all access tabs, my contacts' tabs, and also the spaces in the comment sections. They remain there as long as the page is loading up. And disappear whenever the page loading stops. I told the Facebook support about it weeks ago. But they still show on my facebook page, which makes me think that it might not be facebook related since I didn't see them on my same desktop with MS edge. This noshow on latter is what prompted me to think it might be browser related. That is why I'm turning to you guys. So can anyone help with this please ?

Despite following the instructions ,I am unable to clear my browsing history. Every time I click on to "clear history," nothing happens. I am afraid to re-install the browser because my wife also has an account on the same PC and I do not want to delete here bookmarks etc.

How do I resolve this issue? I get the message below anytime I try to view my organization's website or when I try to log in to access the back end.What do I do?

I have been using Firefox for last couple of years. Two days ago I got a bunch of updates, which reminded be of how AOL used to update, ie days of confusion.

SO NOW I CANT EVEN GET ON INTERNET! So here am a few days before Christmas, and can't access my bank account, or stocks. And I had no idea Firefox was going to institute these changes.

I can't express how stupid these unauthorized changes have been (without notification!) to users. Please remove this crap ASAP, and demote the group that thought a week before Christmas was a good time to make changes.

When you are the one who pulls your installation trough: choco install firefox & choco install firefox-esr Does it make sence the installer uses the same path/subfoler to be installed in, Just saying 😉

it will use 'C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\' as common path:

yes i know its posible too change it trough install prompt, but you know as well as i they can't co-exist in same places, and will conflict under installation as well getting the wrong installler overwriteting the other installation.

Then lash out in firefox.exe to say profile does not work with the version and if user wants to create new profile, what a mess that's have been going one for many years. since the days.

So why not split your installer in two-three or more places as it should have been under 'C:\Program Files\Mozilla\Firefox 1-2-3-4\'

There’s no information on how to sign out of the AI bot itself. For example, if you use Copilot and sign in, then realize you used the wrong Copilot account, there’s no clear way to sign out and log in with a different account.

Hi All,

I've set Firefox to open PDFs in the default system application (I'm on Linux, KDE, Firefox 146). With previous versions it worked fine. Now, it won't open the file; instead it shows a popup that I have to click to open the file.

Is there a setting I can tweak to get the old behavior back?

Firefox Sidebar view only shows a 'Search' window and no Bookmarks or History lists

I have never had this problem before.
I can still view Bookmarks or History but only if I select it.

Emojis do not show on Firefox 146 on macOS. I downgraded to 145.0.2 and they do show, so it seems related to Firefox 146.

I have macOS 26.2 running in both test cases.
