I've rebooted, reinstalled, can't get it working.

Do you have the same issue with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf You can also start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode by quitting Firefox and then going to your Terminal and running: firefox -safe-mode

What OS? If windows, home or pro? If windows, reboot and before opening anything, open task manager and look for firefox. If it's there just kill it. What version of Firefox?
