Firefox is just a browser it has no email server for anyone to make a personal email address.

Mozilla the makers of the Firefox web browsers does not have any email service options for the general public.

They do manually provide *@mozilla.org email address to people who work for Mozilla in a capacity that warrants one though they have to give it up when they leave Mozilla.
