Firefox is blocking access to my ins account

'Some time ago I suddenly stopped being able to log into my Aetna health account on the Aetna web site. When I typed in my user ID and password I get the following message: "System temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." It's been like this since last March.

I just now tried logging in on my IPad and Microsoft Edge and had no problem logging with either one. This means that Firefox has to be causing the problem.

How do I fix the problem?

Since there is no error screenshot or crash report no one here knows what is going on with that login.

Well, I didn't post a screenshot because it wasn't necessary. The message simply appears when I try t o log on There is no crash report because Firefox doesn't crash. The message just pops up when I try to log on. I just delete the tab.

I can log on just fine using my iPad or Microsoft Edge just not Firefox. Firefox use to work just fine too but not any more so Firefox has to be the cause of the problem.

Then you need to post screenshot login issues in Firefox otherwise no one can verify or see what the issue is or what is happening.
