AppFile_qqasdc.exe keeps reappearing in my download box as a virus.

Two days ago my Firefox download box started showing AppFile_qqasdc.exe as containing a virus.

I delete it. it returns whenever i restart Firefox.

I cannot find the file on my hard drive, in the registry or anywhere on my system.
