Brower not connecting
I have started having with receiving the message "We can’t connect to the server at". This is really bad as I do a search and then can not reach the sight.
Thanks Dicky Sheehan

You need to provide the URL and screenshot of the error for others to replicate if there is a server timeout issue or internet problem.
Hi Dicky, when you see that error, is the destination site's address in the address bar? If so, if you click in it and press the Enter key, can Firefox load it the second time?
If the address you see when the problem occurs is a Google address with /url? in it, that is an exit tracking page. You can use an add-on to bypass the exit tracking page and see whether that improves your search experience:
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/dont-track-me-google1/
No this did not work. The address was https://mychart.piedmont.org/
Do you use a bookmark or are you starting with the main (home) page of this website?
If you use a bookmark to access a specific page then instead navigate to this page starting with the main page or with the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark.
Sorry but I'm no computer wiz.
No it did not work.
Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.
We can’t connect to the server at mychart.piedmont.org.
If you entered the right address, you can:
Try again later Check your network connection Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)
No I am not using a book mark. I am doing a search, selecting the sight and the address is https://mychart.piedmont.org/.
For me, that address redirects twice and ends up on
https://mychart.piedmont.org/prd/Authentication/Login
Are you able to access that page directly?
You can try the DNS lookup tool on the about:networking page.
You can open "about:" pages via the location/address bar. The "about:" protocol is used to access special pages. You can find all available about pages listed on the about:about page.
