Scam or for real

I received 4 emails from Firefox Monitor reporting that My emails were involved in a data breach. IS this a new scam? They are from breach-alerts@mozilla.com

I need to know if scam or not and What to do? I am not tech savvy but I do know not to click on any email link. Thanks!

If you checked the report option in Firefox settings it will report suspicious activity. You should check your settings.

This was not suspicious activity though as it was a email about the Twiiter breach with emails.
