I can no longert load a particular website only on firefox

I'm no longer able to a particular website: https://www. bdo.com.ph onFfirefox. However, I'm still able to do so on other browsers, specifically Chrome and Edge.

The error message I receive is:

"Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.bdo.com.ph. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR 

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

That code, PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR, indicates that the server, or a router between Firefox and the server, sent a RST (reset) terminating the attempted connection. I wonder why?

Some possible reasons might include:

  • The server does not support the connection parameters proposed by Firefox
  • Firefox's request looked suspicious or bot-like (for example, if normal browser data was missing due to privacy settings or add-ons)

By the way, that main site address won't load for me (sitting in California). This related server found in a Google search does load: https://www.auto.bdo.com.ph/. I can't tell what the issue is.

That link worked for me too, but it's just for auto loan applications.
