Issues with Firefox browser on Mac OSX
In the past three weeks, I have been experiencing issues with the Firefox browser on my iMac MacOSX. First, the browser, after some amount of time of usage, seems slower. Second, if I keep windows with multiple tabs open overnight and then try to use them, they don't seem to function. The YouTube videos will not play. I can't move the tabs. I need to close the tabs and window altogether to get YouTube to function. Lastly, as of now, I can't even select and move tabs. I have never experienced this problem with Firefox on my iMac.
Prior to this I don't remember having these issues. What has changed?

About how long before the problem shows up? What were you doing at the time? surfing, watching a clip, reading something . . . .
Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Many have reported slowness/freezing when the browser is left open but not being used.
