Whenever I try to install a new theme/addon or open the drop down menu for the downloads, it would just show the icons and no text at all? I've included some images because I don't really know how to explain it...

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I've already tried opening Firefox in safe mode. The problem is still there though and I've also tried refreshing it but the problem remains. I can try uninstalling then reinstalling Firefox.
