I am working in an online class and we are asked to record videos in an online platform for school. When I go to hit the play button on anyone's video I get an error message. This does not happen in other browsers, but I want to keep using Firefox. Is there a privacy or cookie setting that could be causing this to happen?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

If you have Windows 10 N or KN then you may not have the Media Feature Pack installed. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-video-audio-problems-firefox-windows

Can you attach a screenshot that shows the error message ?

Here is a screenshot of the issue: I am a Mac user, everything is updated and I've tried turning off ad blockers and allowing various cookies.

Please provide a public link (no password) that we can check out. No Personal Information Please !

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

I cannot give you a public link - this is my school's website. The domain is D2L but I cannot get you to the exact page where I am having trouble. These videos are recorded on this site and uploaded there - I have deleted cookies and cleared my cache but nothing has worked so far including safe mode.

This could be a problem with the website, or the clip. Inform the webmaster.
