MemTest LAST UPDATED : 12/04/2020
Could you please run a tool from http://memtest.org/
in order to check the integrity of your RAM?
You will need a thumb or disk drive to install it on.
Do you let Windows handle the page file or did you set a fixed size ?
If you use a fixed size for the page file then try the former and let Windows handle the page file.
Software is up-to-date.
Did a memtest run thru (just 1 pass) and no errors.
I was letting Windows system handle the page file size.
Has been running ok now for about 7hrs ??
Will post again if it crashes.
If you have any recent crash reports, post them.
No new crashes since last posted crash reports.... will report crash reports next time it happens.

Make sure the Symantec software is up to date.
Basically, an OOM (Out Of Memory) means the system is having issues with the RAM.

How to determine the appropriate page file size for 64-bit versions of Windows {web link}
Hi Fred, Ran the memtest (4 passes) and 0 errors Windows was handling the page size Checked Norton and is now up-to-date.
Also these last 2 crashes had the message "Couldn't load XPCOM" ?? (Could I have a corrupted Firefox ?)
I re-booted the PC and everything is working fine .... for now ?
Thanks, Rick

XPCOM is part of Firefox, but the reports I posted were the recent ones.
I re-booted the PC and everything is working fine .... for now ?
Hears hoping. If it crashes again, post the new reports here.
