Tabs crashing randomly

I can be actively browsing or be afk, it doesn't matter it seems, but sometimes tab would just crash. Can be active tab or some other, I'm kinda lost. I suspect it's hardware acceleration related, but I would like to fix the issue rather than turn it off.

I would love to find a reason and a fix for that. Using latest nvidia drivers and latest firefox.

MemTest LAST UPDATED : 27/09/2013 Could you please run a tool from http://memtest.org/ in order to check the integrity of your RAM?

You will need a thumb or disk drive to install it on.

I did run it earlier, the free version. Something like 9 passes, 0 errors.

edit: I ran memtest86, not the + one, but shouldn't make any difference, 86+ haven't been updated in years.
