Since the last update, every time I open Firefox, I get a panel telling me I have updates. It asks the usual question, I click yes, it makes like it's installing and when it starts, it isn't my home page, but the last page I was looking at. I want to stress, this is every time. Regardless of whether I open it once or 50 times a day, it's every single time.

Try to run the Firefox program once as Administrator (right-click: Run as Administrator).
