my primary email address isn't correct
How can I change my primary email address? I'm not computer smart to find your secret language to do that. Please change my primary email address to: [email edited from public] @gmail.com Cable one has pulled the plug and disconnected my previous [email edited from public] @cableone.net address. No one can send any emails to that address anymore as nothing is there.

Hi Jan, the normal process is:
(1) Add a secondary email address (2) Verify the secondary address (3) Switch primary and secondary

However, if you no longer have access to the original account, you might need to create a new account with your new address instead. Stay tuned for other comments.
