Hello,

I am getting the same response on Firefox.

Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot.

I followed all the protocols online to resolve this issue and it happens to much. What is going on and is there a way I can stop this please?

I have used Mozilla Firefox for a long time and now this has happened.

I don't have this issue with other browsers only Firefox.

I am using a Windows 10 and will be updating to Windows 11 very soon.

Can anyone from Mozilla Firefox help me please?

Thank you. Renee

I already went into safe mode but I had the same problem. I can get into my bank account but try to go to BillPay and it is loading forever. AT SwansonVitamins I do search for a product and it comes up with blank page and will not show any data or do anything. Nextdoorand Picknsave do not come up at all. Some other sites work but are very slow. I can get to those sites with Chrome.

I'm reposting a question already opened here because a moderator suggested to do so. Actually I though I was posting to the international forum from the URL...

I was trying to access a local HTTPS website of an embedded device (a Siemens S7-1500 PLC) that is using a self-signed certificate, but was unable to go on (attached image #1, in Italian language) due to the the SEC_ERROR_REUSED_ISSUER_AND_SERIAL error. I've browsed a similar PLC webserver in the past, so the fact that the device exposes a similar certificate serial number is not so strange for me, considering also it's self-signed.

The problem is that I cannot follow the instructions of the Mozilla knowledgebase here because I'm not able to identify the correct certificate of the website!

In the attached image #2 you can see that the connection is detected as not encrypted, I suppose because only the form part of the HTML that is posting the data using HTTPS while the rest is using HTTP, but I'm not sure. If I click on the padlock icon (attached image #3) the info about the current certificate is not displayed.

Then I went into Tools > Options and searched for "certificates"; as you can see in the attached images #4 and #5, neither in the Servers tab nor in the Authorities tab I can find any item that is related to 192.168.10.2 (the webserver IP address) or Siemens (the embedded device manufacturer). But unfortunately the error persist! Initially there was a 192.168.10.2:443 line in the Servers tab and I removed it and restarted Firefox, but it didn't solve, so at the moment the situation is the one depicted by the attachments.

I had to use Microsoft Edge to access the website, but I would like to solve this issue and use Firefox instead. Is there anything else I can do to bypass the error? Why doesn't the error page provide a way to correctly identify the wrong certificate using its fingerprint and/or name? Or, maybe, is there a way to disable this check for local IP addresses or for items in a whitelist?

Thanks for your help.

Dear Mozilla Firefox!

Of late, you have been blocking my access to my AOL.COM Accounts and email No matter how much I try, you keep coming up with a Firefox Security Dialogue box, asking me to insert my Security key into a USB port, which practically makes no sense,

This is what happens: At the start, AOL.COM presents a page with 4 icons: a Padlock, Face, Thumb, and Burst. And underneath is written: "You'll scan a QR code to sign in with passkey". Next is below.

When I click Next, I am presented with your Firefox Dialogue box, and in it is written:

Windows Security Making sure it's you

Please sign in to login.aol.com

This request comes from Firefox,m, published by Mozilla Corporation

                                         Flash drive icon

Insert your security key into the

                      USB port.

                                         Cancel

Firefox, where is the Security key, where is the USB, and why a Flash drive icon?

When I click Cancel, I am sent back to the beginning, and the whole exercise starts all over again.

So why are you blocking my access to my AOL.COM Account and email?

A quick response is needed.

Kind regards,

DR CLEMENT AKATENG MD

Hi, I’ve noticed that Firefox sometimes becomes noticeably slower after I’ve had it open for several hours, especially with multiple tabs.

Closing a few tabs helps temporarily, but I’d like to understand what is actually causing the slowdown rather than simply restarting the browser.

What would be the best way to identify whether the issue is related to an extension, memory usage, a particular tab, or Firefox itself?

I’m using the latest Firefox version. Any troubleshooting steps or tools you recommend would be appreciated.

The British have colonized my spell check somehow and I'm completely at a loss on how to evict them.

When I right-click to change my spell check language, the only option I have is "English (United Kingdom)", while the only Dictionary that I have installed is "English (US)". In my language settings, while I can set any preferred language, my only Fallback Language option is "English (GB)".

I would like my Spell Check to properly reflect the dumb language that I speak, please. I'm on Version 156, but this has persisted for several months.

Steps already taken: - Scoured the settings for a misconfiguration - Rebooted my computer - Cleared the Startup Cache - Opened Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode - Refreshing Firefox

what it says on the tin. went data purging with ol reliable WinDirStat and found this absolute behemoth of a file in the profiles directory for firefox. its especially weird considering the entire Firefox directory itself is only 1.5GB with this menace taking 1.3 of it. I cant imagine that bookmarks, search history, passwords, the works takes up any more than about 300mb. so im wondering if im just stuck in the early days of data or if the file really is just that girthy.

I need help reporting a suspicious website. I am concerned that the website may be misleading users and may be attempting to collect personal information through deceptive methods. I would like to know how Firefox can help identify whether the website is unsafe, phishing, or impersonating another service, and how I can properly report or block the site. Please advise me on the appropriate steps to protect myself and other users.
