Accessing Firefox account without recovery key and authentication device

I have problem to accessing my Firefox account. i set my two step authentication for my Firefox account but recently i lost my access to my google authenticator app. Unfortunately i don't have any recovery key. but i still have complete access to email that i set for my Firefox account. I've read the help article in Firefox support website and they mentioned in this case we cant help because we can't recognize your account ownership.but i have access to my email account! it isn't possible to authenticate me through my email? after losing my authenticator device i am able to recover and reset two step authentication on all my other account like Facebook,Instagram and etc. but we cant see any two step authentication reset progress just with email. please help me.thanks.

That is not possible for security reasons. When you lose access to the authenticator app that generates the TOTP code and also do not have the recovery codes then your only option is to create a new account with a different email address.
