Do not own my email address

I changed email providers a few years ago from my phone company to spectrum and lost my email account in the process. I cannot check my old email address now and cannot do anything on firefox account with a verify code via email. How can I delete my account or change my email address? When I attempt to change these on my account it sends the verify code to my old email address and I do not own that account. My email address now is [email address], [email address] or [email address].

Hi

I have removed your email addresses for your privacy and security as this is an open forum.

I have been looking into a very similar issue for someone else recently. Essentially, without you having access to those accounts, we are unable to verify the ownership of the account and erase it.
