Websites denying service, supposedly can cause harm to the site

mikeinral

Tried to log into aetna.com, clickedonoption to login (hadn't entered info yet). Got https://member.aetna.com/distil_r_drop.html?requestId=4dbd7c89-e665-47a3-8aae-787cdd1341b3&httpReferrer=%2FappConfig%2Flogin%2Flogin.fcc

which is part of Aetna's site, not (apparently) malware, says Denied - Service Unavailable

Your traffic behavior has been determined cause harm to this website. There are a few reasons this might happen:

   You're moving through this website at super-human speed
   Your behavior navigating the website has been identified as bot-like
   Your traffic resembles a Denial of Service (DDoS)

No problem with chrome. Note that I had this problem with another site a few days ago but I forget which. Aetna E-Tech says they've had this problem with firefox, also other possibly some other browsers. They advised chrome.

Until another Aetna user goes to that site to login that has a account using firefox then this would be the only way we know.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
