Newest version crashes on startup, can't open. Where is version right before this?

Now I want to try earlier version. NOT 3.6, the one right before Dec 21. Like 2 weeks ago. Why do you not have a list of ALL versions so we can downgrade when necessary?

After several more hours research UGH, it turns out I have to go all the way back to 3.6 to get a safe browser? The one before Dec 21 is not safe now? I wish you made this clearer!
