Why is the Firefox 4 back button not a circle but a square?

I am on a Windows Vista 32-bit desktop. I have three user accounts. I use my user account, and I see square back buttons. On another user, I see circle back buttons. Why is that? Also tried it with WinXP, same circle back button.

Right click anywhere on the toolbar (non-text), click on Customize. A new dialogue will be shown, where you can uncheck "Use small icons" to make the back button circular.
