All your menus, etc., are in French and you want them in another language? Download from the following link (SAVE to hard drive) and install over the top of your existing Firefox: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html

You may need to update Adobe Reader (Adobe PDF plugin).

After you tried the instructions by Helper7677, if Firefox still opens in French, you can use the following add-on to switch it to the English version. I download the Chinese version (I am from the US) but it keeps switching back to the US version. So I used the "Quick Locale Switcher" add-on to switch to the Chinese version and it stayed there all the time until when I want the English version, then I can switch it back.
