Can't see senders email when I reply using my MSN hotmail email account.

When I reply to a message in my MSN hotmail account, I can no longer see the sender's message, but only a blank message area. My reply message goes back to the recipient without their originally sent message. My email account behaves normally with Safari. Any ideas about this?
