I have been using Thunderbird for over 10 years (currently version 152.0 (64-bit) on Windows 11). For the past few months, I have intermittently been receiving duplicate emails. What could be causing this issue, and what are the possible solutions?

Could it be that the sender sides send the emails twice?
You can test it by sending yourself emails.
