This isn't really a question, but I have kind of found a solution. As long as you sync your bookmarks with a computer, you can organize them on the computer, and then sync again with your phone. The only thing is if you add more bookmarks on your phone, you will have to repeat the process. Some people may find it to be a pain, but if you really want them organized it's the only option for now.

Yes, this is the best option right now, but this is something that I hope we can make even better in a future update.
