Still cant print first page on some E/Mails,even after downloading to version 68.0.2

I have not been able to print the first page of an incoming E/Mail on some but not all E/Mails for a month now, I have recently dowloaded version 68.0.2, but this has made no difference, I am able to print the missing first pages perfectly on my Edge browser, please advize. Paul Perry.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Is the problem still there when you try Print Preview?
