Can't find my junk mail folder

I am looking for an email that the sender has said is sent. They suggest that it may be in my junk folder. However I think that is unlikely as emails from this sender have come in to my inbox before with no trouble. However I would like to be able to check my junk folder and I can't seem to find it. Thanks for any help. Timer888

I'm sorry, but Firefox 'doesn't do' email .....
