Are you running Firefox in Private Mode?

Are you using any password add-ons?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Big thanks Fred! I started Firefox holding the option key and the options were safe mode and REFRESH FIREFOX - so I refreshed and now it's remembering my passwords. Cheers M8!! :-)

Note that is was likely that you were running Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History).

• Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
• Deselect: [ ] "Always use Private Browsing mode"
