You have version 43.0 right? Have you upgraded to latest version? You may have a firewall setting that blocks sites such as this one. If you are on a public network such as a school, they may not allow that site. I say this because I typed in torrentfreak.com and it took me straight there. You can try the steps mentioned in this article about working around it http://mzl.la/17gSUcw See if this helps!

Mozilla nor the Firefox browser blocks any websites. A site may be due to the Google safe browsing however this site seems to be fine https://www.google.com/transparencyreport/safebrowsing/diagnostic/#url=torrentfreak.com

Some ISP's can block direct access to some sites including popular BitTorrent sites.
